I first discovered hypnotherapy when I experienced a past life regression, which awoke a passion to learn and understand more about the hidden depths of the mind.

Since then, I have been on a fantastic journey of self discovery, healing and self empowerment. I can personally vouch for the power of hypnotherapy and NLP...it has completely transformed my life!

For over 15 years I struggled with depression and had very little confidence and no self worth. I simply existed and avoided life.  With the help of NLP and Hypnotherapy, I was able to completely deal with the issues that set up a pattern for me early on in life.

I am incredibly fortunate to be born a gay man as coming to terms with being gay was a real struggle and through extensive research, learning and life experience, I have a fantastic understanding of both sexes.
